Pink baby crib

If you are running a company you know that client is the most important figure for you. He or she has to be happy from the services that you provide him or her with. There is no such possibility for you to accept that there are some mistakes in what you are doing and the customer has to live with it. It doesn^t work like that. The truth is that you have to work really hard in order to establish a system of work thanks to which all of your customers will be happy. Do you agree with me about this? I remember about it and recently when we have experienced a strange behavior from one of our customers we have done everything to make sure that she is happy. She came into our store to buy baby crib and was looking for something special. She was browsing through our offer in hope that she will find something that would be different and unique. At the same time it had to much the colors which already exist in the room where she would like to place this baby crib. At the end she has asked us to produce a special pink baby crib for her. At first I wasn^t sure what to do but eventually I have decided to act according to the rule that I have presented to you in the beginning. The customer is the most important person for us.
