HISTORY OVER THE YEARS

We have been running since 1989, when we first started we had around 50 weekend caravans on site and around 500 day trippers. Things have changed dramatically over the years and we now have 200 plus caravans on site and well over 4500 day trippers. Due to the festival growing so much and a few other circumstances we had to move from our first venue which was the Sapcote sports field. We currently now run the festival at the Hinckley United Football Club which is a much bigger site this gives us the space to accommodate our needs.

Although the site is bigger it is still advised to book in early as spaces have always gone fairly quickly in the past. We have caravan clubs, RV clubs and numerous groups that book in every year, they always come back as they really enjoy the festival and the hole atmosphere throughout the festival weekend and the late night shows in the clubhouse.

We have always had a good variety of stalls, clothes, jewellery, charity, western wear etc plus food stalls including burgers, hotdogs, chips, pancakes, curry's etc. with our space being bigger at our current venue we can cater for more stalls than our previous venue. So please feel free to contact us if you have a stall we haven't mentioned. We always have liquid refreshment which are available on site from the clubhouse over the weekend.

Over the years we have had some great artists, and now we only have the best from around the country. We listen to what the campers and day trippers ask for because they're who book. We aim to please. If you have never been to one of our festivals you need to come along, everyone is friendly and a great time is always had. To those who have been before, we look forward to seeing you again.
